TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

  • 9:00AM - Registration

  • 9:30AM - Preview – 10-minute preview

  • 9:45AM - Terms of Sale

  • 9:50AM - Auction

  • All items will be sold as One Lot

  • $3,000 Clean out deposit (cash only) will be collected from the winning bidder at the end of the auction.

  • Clean out will be from 10AM – 4PM on November 10th (day of auction), November 11th from 8:00AM – 4PM, and November 12th from 8:00AM – 4:00PM.

  • All items MUST be removed from the space by 4:00PM Friday, November 12 or deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be refunded upon approval of clean out by either NYS or the Auctioneer.

ALL BIDDING MUST BE DONE IN PERSON! NO ONLINE BIDDING IS AVAILABLE!

 

PAYMENT- Full payment must be made within 30 minutes after the completion of the entire auction by cash or credit card only! Municipalities, local subdivisions and school districts may also use the form of payment outlined above or a purchase order; however, a letter of delegated authority must be submitted to OGS Surplus Property prior to registration and if successful, payment must be made with 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Removal- Wednesday, November 10th from 10AM to 4PM Thursday, November 11th from 8AM to 4PM, and Friday, November 12th from 8AM to 4PM.  Winning Bidder MUST REMOVE ALL ITEMS, no later than 4PM on Friday, November 12, 2021.  NYS STATE OGS OR THE AUCTION COMPANY WILL SOLELY DETERMINE IF THE SITE IS IN AN ACCEPTABLE CONDTION, meaning that all items have been removed.  Failure to comply with the REQUIREMENT OF REMOVING ALL ITEMS will result in forfeiture of the $3,000.00 Cash Deposit posted by the Bidder.  A copy of the bill of sale must be furnished at the time of removal. OGS has the right to suspend bidding privileges for one year for failure to pick up all items included in this lot. Buyers Premium- Yes, there is a 13% buyers premium on all items being sold!

Sales Tax- YES! Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases. Sales Tax will be collected for vehicles in the county in which you register for the virtual auction with, unless it is a non vehicle purchase- sales tax will be collected in the county the auction pickup is located in. Unless you have a valid NYS Sales Tax Certificate (valid as filled in and submitted to Perry Auctions- as of November 1st, 2020). If you believe you should not be charged sales tax- please click on one of the following options- NYS RESALE CERTIFICATE, NYS ST-125, PURCHASING A VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USE BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE. Invoicing- Please note however you register is exactly how ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE MADE OUT! No exceptions to this! If you need your invoice/title in a company name- register under the company! If you need the invoice/title in your mothers name- register using her name and address!

All goods have been available for inspection and are being sold on an "as is" and "where is" basis with no guarantee expressed or implied by the Seller or the Auction Firm. Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items before bidding. Known defects are listed, but the absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean the item may not have deficiencies.
