There is NO Physical preview available- please read the descriptions, view the numerous photos for each lot as well as watch the videos (if available), read the auction company's Condition Report which was taken at the time of set up.
PAYMENT- The credit card on file with HiBid will be charged at the conclusion of the auction on Wednesday, September 20th 2023. If your credit card is declined you must make full payment no later than Wednesday, May 8th at 12 Noon Eastern Time
Removal- IS AVAILABLE ONLY ON: Wednesday, May 8th, this will be by appointment only, on a first come first serve basis. Exact removal address will be sent over with your paid in full invoice- however removal will be in Lockport, NY. THERE IS NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE!
Buyers Premium- 18% Buyers Premium on all online purchases.
Sales Tax- YES! Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases. Sales Tax will be collected for vehicles in the county in which you register for the virtual auction with, unless it is a non vehicle purchase- sales tax will be collected in the county the auction pickup is located in. Unless you have a valid NYS Sales Tax Certificate (valid as filled in and submitted to Perry Auctions- as of January 1st, 2024). If you believe you should not be charged sales tax- please click on one of the following options- NYS RESALE CERTIFICATE, NYS ST-125, PURCHASING A VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USE BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE. Print out the necessary form, fill out in its entirety and email back to: questions@perryauctions.com
Invoicing- Please note however you register is exactly how ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE MADE OUT! No exceptions to this! If you need your invoice/title in a company name- register under the company! If you need the invoice/title in your mothers name- register using her name and address!
