There is a Physical preview available at 3605 North Buffalo St. Orchard Park, NY on Saturday, April 11th from 10AM-1PM and Friday, April 17th from 4pm-7pm.
- please read the descriptions, view the numerous photos for each lot as well as watch the videos (if available), read the auction company's Condition Report which was taken at the time of set up.
PAYMENT- Full payment will be charged to your credit card on file with hibid only. If the auction company feels the need- they may request a buyer to send a wire transfer. This decision will be made on a PER customer basis. No items will be removed until completely paid in full.
Removal- IS AVAILABLE ONLY ON: March 30th and March 31st by appointment.
Buyers Premium- 13% Buyers Premium on all online purchases.
Sales Tax- YES! Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases. Sales Tax will be collected for vehicles in the county in which you register for the virtual auction with, unless it is a non vehicle purchase- sales tax will be collected in the county the auction pickup is located in. Unless you have a valid NYS Sales Tax Certificate (valid as filled in and submitted to Perry Auctions- as of January 1st, 2026). If you believe you should not be charged sales tax- please click on one of the following options- NYS RESALE CERTIFICATE, NYS ST-125, PURCHASING A VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USE BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE. Print out the necessary form, fill out in its entirety and email back to: questions@perryauctions.com
Invoicing- Please note however you register is exactly how ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE MADE OUT! No exceptions to this! If you need your invoice/title in a company name- register under the company! If you need the invoice/title in your mothers name- register using her name and address!
